WAIVER AND CONSENT

By clicking to accept this document, you acknowledge that you agree to the terms set out below for yourself and for any minors accompanying you (if any).

In consideration of the services and facilities provided by ME MULTIENTERTAINMENT PTE. LTD. (trading as “ME GAMES”), including its employees, directors, agents, and authorized representatives (collectively, “ME GAMES”), I hereby acknowledge and agree as follows:

CAPACITY AND AUTHORITY

I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age and am entering into this Waiver and Consent:

  • on my own behalf; and/or

  • on behalf of the minors listed under my care (“Minors”), as their parent, legal guardian, or duly authorized representative.

I represent that I have full authority to accept these terms on behalf of such Minors.

ASSUMPTION AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISKS

ME GAMES provides recreational services and facilities at its premises (“ME GAMES Venue”), including but not limited to archery, basketball, console pods, Floor is Lava, darts, dual ball, sensing games, billiards, racing simulators and other related activities (collectively, “ME GAMES Activities”). I acknowledge and understand that participation in the ME GAMES Activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • cuts, bruises, and minor injuries

  • falls and fractures

  • injuries to limbs, back, head, and neck

  • collisions with other participants

  • spinal injuries, concussions

  • heat-related illnesses

  • serious injury, permanent disability, or death

I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to participate at my own risk.

PROPER USE OF FACILITIES

I agree to:

  • follow all posted rules, signage, and staff instructions

  • use all facilities responsibly and safely

  • ensure my own safety and the safety of others, including Minors in my care

PERSONAL PROPERTY

I agree to take full responsibility for my personal belongings.

ME GAMES shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property, howsoever caused.

HEALTH DECLARATION

I confirm that I and any Minors:

  • are in good health and fit to participate in the activities

  • do not suffer from any condition that may affect safe participation

The following persons are not permitted to use the facilities:

  • pregnant individuals

  • persons with pre-existing medical conditions

  • individuals weighing over 120kg

  • individuals wearing casts

I agree to seek medical advice if in doubt and to inform staff if any participant is unfit to participate.

In the event of injury, I authorize ME GAMES to take reasonable steps, including:

  • administering first aid

  • arranging emergency medical services

I agree to bear all related costs.

SUPERVISION AND RESPONSIBILITY

I understand that:

  • participation involves risks

  • my actions and those of the Minors may cause harm to others

I agree that:

  • all Minors must remain under my supervision at all times

  • I am fully responsible for their safety and conduct

Children aged 8 years and below must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or above at all times.

ME GAMES does not assume responsibility for unsupervised Minors.

INDEMNITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless ME GAMES against any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  1. any breach of this agreement by me or any Minors

  2. any negligent, reckless, or intentional acts or omissions by me or any Minors

  3. any injury, death, or property damage caused by me or any Minors

  4. any violation of applicable laws or regulations

  5. any unsupervised Minors under my responsibility

WAIVER AND RELEASE

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby waive, release, and discharge ME GAMES from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with participation in ME GAMES Activities.

This waiver does not apply to claims arising directly from the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of ME GAMES.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND UNDERTAKING

I agree that:

  • I will use the facilities responsibly

  • I am liable for any damage caused by my actions or those of the Minors

  • I will compensate for any damage to ME GAMES property

I accept full responsibility for supervising and ensuring the safety of Minors.

IMAGE AND DATA CONSENT

I acknowledge that CCTV and recording devices may be in operation at the ME GAMES Venue.

I consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of images and recordings for:

  • security purposes

  • incident review

  • compliance with legal or regulatory requirements

GENERAL TERMS

  • This Waiver applies to all current and future visits

  • ME GAMES reserves the right to deny or revoke access without refund for safety or rule violations

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect

GOVERNING LAW

This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I confirm that:

  • I have read and fully understood this Waiver

  • I agree to its terms voluntarily

  • I understand that I am giving up certain legal rights

I certify that all information provided is true and accurate.
