Tanjong Pagar

Tanjong Pagar questions

Can I bring my own food and drinks?
You're welcome to bring your own food and drinks. However, we request that you avoid bringing food with strong odours into private rooms. If you intend to bring alcohol, there is a compulsory S$3.8/pax charge for free-flow drinks, applicable to everyone in your group, regardless of whether they drink or not.
I want to book a day pass, but I can only select one type of game in the booking system. How do I make a reservation?
If your group consists of 4 people or fewer, you can make separate bookings for different activities at different times. For groups larger than 4 people, please send us a message via WhatsApp, and we will assist with your booking.
How do I reserve a private room? Is there an additional charge?
All of our console games and mahjong are hosted in private rooms. For board games, we have two private rooms available. One room requires a minimum of 6 people, while the other requires a minimum of 10 people to book.
Can I smoke in the café?
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas. If caught, a S$500 deposit will be levied and you'll be warned not to smoke. Repeat offenders will forfeit the deposit and be asked to leave.
Can I extend my booking time while I'm playing?
If a room is available after your booking session, you're welcome to extend your time.
Can I visit after 11 pm?
Although our café is open 24/7, visits after 11 pm require self-service entry with QR code payment. As we are unstaffed during these hours, please follow the on-site instructions for late-night access. Entry after 11 pm is strictly limited to guests who complete the QR code payment.
Do you provide board game teaching?
While some of our staff are familiar with board games, not all are. If you require board game teaching, please inform us via WhatsApp at least 3 days in advance. We will arrange this service for you at no extra cost.
Are your mahjong tables automatic?
Yes, our mahjong tables are automatic. Please note that we do provide animal tiles for mahjong but please inform us in advance if you need animal tiles.
What happens if I'm late?
While our gaming fees only apply from the start of your game, we reserve the right to cancel your booking if you're over 15 minutes late without prior notice. Please inform us via WhatsApp if you anticipate a delay of more than 15 minutes.
What snacks do you offer?
Our snack offerings, which are available on a free-flow basis, vary but typically include crackers, biscuits, lollies, and chips.
Do you offer meal ordering in your café?
Our café only serves free-flow drinks (S$3.80/pax) — soft drinks, juice, tea and water. We don't offer cooked food. If you're planning a longer stay, you're welcome to order food for delivery or bring your own. Please note, re-entry is not permitted with a day pass.

Whole-floor bookings: 35 pax for level 3 or 25 pax for level 4. Whole-venue bookings: 55 pax. Please be informed that the discount does not apply to drinks and finger food orders.

Are public holiday rates different?
Public holidays and the eve of public holidays follow the Friday-to-Sunday rate.

Can I book a single game like console or board games here?
For single-game bookings, we recommend visiting our Tanjong Pagar outlet.
What are the operating hours?
Daily, 11:00 — 23:00.
Do we need to reserve in advance?
Reservations are recommended. If we're fully booked we won't be able to accept walk-ins, as overcrowding would affect everyone's experience.
Can we book just one hour first and extend later?
Yes — if there's still availability and we're not fully booked, you can extend your session at the counter.
Does the entry fee cover all games?
Most gaming facilities are included in the entry fee. Only the three prize-based machines — photo booth, punching machine and Catch-a-toy — require ME Coins. Earn coins by completing in-venue challenges, or buy them at the counter.
How do the games work?
All games are free and easy to pick up — as long as a machine is available, you're free to play.
Which games require ME Coins?
Three prize-based machines: • Catch-a-toy — 1 coin per play • Punching Machine — 2 coins per play • Photo Booth — 10 coins per session
How do I redeem coins or rewards?
Complete a task in the ME app, then show the proof photo to staff to exchange for ME Coins. Score above 6,000 on the Punching Machine and you can redeem one free drink.
Can I reserve just one specific game?
Sorry — reservations are for entry tickets only. Since every game inside is free to play, we can't reserve specific machines for individual groups.
Is there a grace period after a session?
Yes — a 10-minute grace period after each session.
Can we eat and drink inside the venue?
Yes — eating and drinking inside is welcome. Please clear up your table before your session ends.
