  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the reservation.
  • All prices are GST and service fee included.
  • Walk-ins are welcome, but tents and tables are subject to availability.
  • ME Games reserves the right to reject the reservation if you are beyond the 15-minute grace period.
  • Public holidays and the eve of public holidays follow the Friday-to-Sunday rate.
  • No outside food or drinks are allowed.

House rules

To keep our café safe and happy for both cats and kids, please follow a few simple rules.

  • Children under 2 years old are not allowed in the cat area.
  • Children between 2 and 10 must be accompanied by an adult.

Do

  • Pet the cats softly with love, by hands only.
  • If a cat does not wish to interact or be picked up, please respect its preference.
  • Sanitise your hands before and after playing with cats.
  • Keep an eye on small personal items — cats might ingest them.

Don't

  • No outside food or drinks in the cat area.
  • Do not feed cats any unauthorised food or drinks.
  • Don't chase the cats — it scares and stresses them.
  • No other pets inside the café, for our cats' safety and comfort.

How a visit goes

  1. Book online

    Reserve online — or just walk in

    Pick your package on the booking page — Basic Purr, Basic Campout or Ultimate Campout — or just walk in for a quick session. Cat petting walk-ins are always welcome.

  2. Arrive & pay

    Settle at the counter

    Arrive at your slot, pay at the counter, and a staff member shows you to your spot — tent, board-game table, Switch corner or the cat lounge.

  3. Cat petting

    Ultimate Campout includes a 30-minute staff-led cat petting session built into your visit. No booking? Our 30-minute walk-in cat petting is always available.

    Tuck into your tent

    Settle into your private tent with Switch, board games, snacks and drinks. Stay as long as your package allows — top up by the hour if you want more.

Orchard questions

Are the cats friendly?
Yes — our roster (Popcorn, Eggy, Huajuan, Dai Lou, Latte, Ash, Pikachu and Candy) are rescues and long-term residents. Personalities vary; staff can introduce you if it's your first visit.
What's the tent setup?
Each tent fits 2–4 people on camping chairs with a small table, Switch, TV and camping lanterns. Larger family tents fit 6–8.
Can I host a small birthday?
Yes — bring a cake (let us know) and book multiple tents.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your reservation, depending on the slot and group size.
Are GST and service fee included in the prices?
Yes — all listed prices include GST and service fee.
Do you take walk-ins?
Walk-ins are welcome — tents and tables are subject to availability, so booking ahead is the safer bet on weekends.
What happens if I'm late?
We hold reservations for a 15-minute grace period. ME Games reserves the right to release the booking after that.
Are public holiday rates different?
Public holidays and the eve of public holidays follow the Friday-to-Sunday rate.
What games do you have at Orchard?
Orchard runs Nintendo Switch and board games inside the tents, plus the cat lounge. For PS5, Xbox or mahjong, head to our Tanjong Pagar outlet.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayNow, contactless cards (PayWave), KRIS+ and cash.
Do you serve food?
Snacks only — chicken nuggets, chicken popcorn and chicken wings. See the menu page for the full drinks list.
Do I need to book in advance?
Strongly recommended, especially on weekends. Private rooms sell out fastest — book from each outlet's page or WhatsApp us.
Are kids welcome?
Children below 3 years old are not allowed in the cat area. Children below 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
