Can I bring my own food and drinks?
You're welcome to bring your own food and drinks. However, we request that you avoid bringing food with strong odours into private rooms. If you intend to bring alcohol, there is a compulsory $3/pax charge for free-flow drinks, applicable to everyone in your group, regardless of whether they drink or not.
I want to book a day pass, but I can only select one type of game in the booking system. How do I make a reservation?
If your group consists of 4 people or fewer, you can make separate bookings for different activities at different times. For groups larger than 4 people, please send us a message via WhatsApp, and we will assist with your booking.
How do I reserve a private room? Is there an additional charge?
All of our console games and mahjong are hosted in private rooms. For board games, we have two private rooms available. One room requires a minimum of 6 people, while the other requires a minimum of 10 people to book.
Can I smoke in the café?
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas. If caught, a $500 deposit will be levied and you'll be warned not to smoke. Repeat offenders will forfeit the deposit and be asked to leave.
Can I extend my booking time while I'm playing?
If a room is available after your booking session, you're welcome to extend your time.
Can I visit after 11 pm?
Although our café is open 24/7, reservations are required for visits after 11 pm. As we're unstaffed during these hours, we'll provide you with instructions for late-night visits. Please note, entry is strictly prohibited after 11 pm without a reservation.
Do you provide game facilitators?
While some of our staff are familiar with board games, not all are. If you require a game facilitator, please inform us via WhatsApp at least 3 days in advance. We will arrange this service for you at no extra cost.
Are your mahjong tables automatic?
Yes, our mahjong tables are automatic. Please note that we do provide animal tiles for mahjong but please inform us in advance if you need animal tiles.
What happens if I'm late?
While our gaming fees only apply from the start of your game, we reserve the right to cancel your booking if you're over 15 minutes late without prior notice. Please inform us via WhatsApp if you anticipate a delay of more than 15 minutes.
What snacks do you offer?
Our snack offerings, which are available on a free-flow basis, vary but typically include crackers, biscuits, lollies, and chips.
Do you offer meal ordering in your café?
Our café provides a limited food menu that includes egglets, chicken wings, and chicken nuggets. Unfortunately, we do not offer full meals. If you're planning a longer stay, you're welcome to order food for delivery or bring your own. Please note, re-entry is not permitted with a day pass.
Team Bonding Enquiries
Our café spans two floors and can accommodate approximately 70 people in total. Groups with over 10 people can enjoy a 10% discount on bookings. If your group consists of over 30 people, you can reserve an entire floor exclusively for your use. If your group consists of over 50 people, you can reserve our entire café. Please be informed that the discount does not apply to drinks and finger food orders.
